Bukola Tobi Ezieke is a dedicated and proactive public sector leader with extensive experience in capacity development, civil service reform, and public administration. A Fellow of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG), she brings a values-driven approach to governance and social development. She currently serves as a member of the Advocacy and Outreach Workstream of the Food Security Insights Capstone Project, where she supports strategic communication and stakeholder engagement efforts aimed at advancing inclusive food systems in Nigeria.
With a strong foundation in policy development, stakeholder coordination, and training facilitation, she has successfully led teams and implemented programs that enhance public sector effectiveness. Her work emphasizes the integration of environmental and social safeguards into government processes, ensuring that reform efforts are sustainable, equitable, and impactful. She is presently contributing to governance transformation through her role with the Ekiti State Government.
Her academic credentials reflect a deep commitment to lifelong learning and research-driven leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology (in view) with a focus on the Sociology of Development from Afe Babalola University, an M.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology (Ph.D. grade) from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Ado-Ekiti. She also holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin.
