He brings a collaborative leadership style and a lifelong learner’s mindset to every project, driven by the belief that impact is best achieved through innovation and inclusive engagement.
His long-term vision for Nigeria is grounded in three key transformation pillars:
First, a transformational improvement in the quality and financing of public education, with a strong emphasis on the skills, knowledge, and character of children, alongside meaningful investment in teachers. Second, a renewed strengthening of national identity, celebrating the richness of Nigeria’s cultural diversity. Third, the liberalization of economic sectors, enabling private sector-led growth while repositioning public institutions as strong, competent regulators that uphold national interest.
Babafemi is especially passionate about the development of children and the sustainability of Nigeria’s food systems, recognizing food security as essential to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
