James Chamberlain Omailey is a structured and solution-oriented Operations and Environmental Analyst with nearly a decade of cross-sector experience spanning agriculture, consulting, logistics, real estate, and environmental management. As a Fellow of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG), James brings a systems-thinking approach to policy design, organizational strategy, and development planning.

He is a key member of the Research and Data Workstream of the Food Security Insights Capstone Project, where he contributes to data synthesis, stakeholder mapping, and evidence-based policy recommendations aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s food systems.

James is known for his ability to simplify complex workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and enhance service delivery in both corporate and startup environments. His expertise lies in operations planning, compliance support, stakeholder engagement, and resource optimization.
