She is driven by the desire to contribute meaningfully to financial policy formulation and implementation, with a focus on Nigerian relevance and developmental outcomes. A Fellow of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG), she brings a multidimensional perspective to systems change and governance.
Phebe currently works with a premier development finance institution in Nigeria, where she supports the transformation of the country’s industrial sector through financial and business advisory services to enterprises. She is also a core member of the Finance and Sustainability Workstream of the Food Security Insights Capstone Project, applying her strategic insight to promote sustainable economic solutions within the food security landscape.
Beyond her professional commitments, Phebe actively volunteers with NGOs focused on education, youth empowerment, and poverty eradication—demonstrating her deep commitment to inclusive development.
